Green API Intermediate Synthesis for Safer, Sustainable Future at Scale
At Galaxy Laboratories, we see environmental stewardship as fundamental to our mission of producing high-purity, optimum yield API intermediates as import substitutes. Our robust Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) infrastructure is built to protect people, uphold process-integrity, and create planet-positive impact!

Fire Hydrant Systems
Galaxy Laboratories has installed fully integrated Fire Hydrant Systems equipped with fire-fighting units across the facility. Built in-house as per FM/UL/AWWA standards, these systems are engineered for reliability, durability, and ease of maintenance. Our superior rapid response capability reinforces an unwavering commitment to workplace and process safety in API Intermediate manufacturing.

Wet-barrel and dry-barrel configurations for different climates

High-grade ductile iron construction with epoxy coating

Standardized outlet threads and multiple nozzle options

Replaceable valve components and safety flange for quick servicing

In-house casting, machining, testing, and quality assurance
Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs)
At Galaxy Laboratories’ Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar facility, the 40 CMD Effluent Treatment Plant goes beyond compliance to manage industrial wastewater responsibly. Using a multi-stage process, it efficiently treats complex effluents for safe discharge or reuse. We keep our API Intermediates manufacturing operations aligned with sustainability goals by prioritizing community and environmental safety.

Primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment stages

Effective BOD/COD reduction and solid separation

Designed for integration with RO and ZLD systems

Supports compliance with pollution control board guidelines

Reduces environmental impact from manufacturing operations

Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE)
Galaxy’s infrastructure is built to accommodate advanced systems like Multiple Effect Evaporators, which play a crucial role in Zero Liquid Discharge strategies. MEE units enhance water recovery by utilizing steam energy efficiently across multiple stages.

Energy-efficient evaporation across 3–6 effects

Ideal for concentrating high-TDS effluent streams

Reduces overall liquid waste volume and disposal cost

Suitable for salt recovery and resource reuse

Integrates seamlessly with existing ETP/RO setups
Our EHS infrastructure is a testament to Galaxy Laboratories' dedication to responsible manufacturing and continuous improvement in environmental and safety performance.
